YAYYAK may provide personal information to third-party service providers, such as skincare and beauty clinics, solely for the purpose of facilitating reservations and only to the minimum extent necessary.

Personal information is not sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes without the user’s explicit consent, except as required by law.
Once personal information is provided to third-party service providers for reservation purposes, such third parties independently collect, manage, and process the information in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable laws. Except as required under applicable law, YAYYAK does not control and is not responsible for the handling, management, or use of personal information by such third-party service providers.

5. Outsourcing and Overseas Transfer of Personal Information

To provide efficient communication and reservation services, personal information may be processed or transmitted using third-party communication platforms such as LINE, WeChat, WhatsApp, or KakaoTalk. Some of these platforms may operate servers outside the Republic of Korea.
In such cases:

  • Overseas transfer is limited to the minimum necessary personal information

  • Appropriate safeguards are applied in accordance with PIPA and applicable laws

  • Users consent to overseas transfer of personal information by agreeing to this Privacy Policy
